Keith brings a consistent, reliable, professional presence to the department as well as a respectable sense of humor. His roles include training newly employees, helping callers, and bringing fresh ideas to improve the team and workplace. Before joining Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» in 2009, Keith worked in customer service and has had supervisory roles. Keith believes that his #1 job is helping the public and is honored to do so.
